Due to our vast sizing and color product options not all items are always available in stock. These items may have to be ordered from our manufacturers upon receiving the order from our customers. In these circumstances, orders will be delayed until the product is received by SkatersChoiceColorado.com.

We offer many options for faster shipping – USPS rates are quoted when you place your order - you can ship 3 day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Overnight and so forth depending on how quickly you need your order to arrive.

SkatersChoiceColorado.com reserves the right to upgrade or change the shipping method selected on any order to a faster service. SkatersChoiceColorado.com may also change the shipping service to an appropriate service when the selected service cannot be used.

Orders shipped outside the continental US and to all other international destinations are shipped via USPS Global unless otherwise specified.

For international orders, SkatersChoiceColorado.com will not be responsible for any additional charges incurred by customs offices or Duty and VAT taxes that may be applicable. Please check with your local customs offices before ordering. Please contact ask@SkatersChoiceColorado.com for inquiries for international shipping. All international orders need to be paid in US Funds only.

SkatersChoiceColorado.com reserves the right to appropriately adjust any shipping charge quoted by our website.

SkatersChoiceColorado.com is not responsible for any product or time line once it has been released to the shipping company.

In the event of a damaged package or items missing from the order, the customer MUST keep all packaging for inspection by shipping agency and notify SkatersChoiceColorado.com within 48 hours of delivery. Without the packaging a loss claim cannot be filed.

SkatersChoiceColorado.com Returns & Exchanges Policy
In order to return an item, a "Return Authorization Number" must be obtained by calling or emailing SkatersChoiceColorado.com.

Any item returned without authorization will either be refused or a store credit will be issued less 15% for Re-Stocking.

SkatersChoiceColorado.com will NOT except for return any item that:
Is returned after 30 DAYS of being shipped by us.
Is not in its original packaging or is missing item numbers or size tags.
Has been worn, damaged or soiled.
Has been subjected to smells. (Ex: Animals, Smoke, Body Odor, or Exhaust)
Has been modified in any way.
Custom Orders.
Crystallized or decorated items.
Has writing or marking on the box or packaging.
Any product or item returned 30 Days after being shipped or that has been damaged, soiled, worn or not in original packaging will be discarded and will not be returned to you, regardless of any Return Authorization Number.
To enable you to return any item it must be in the exact same condition as we shipped it to you, return instructions MUST be followed.

“Custom” orders are final sales. We will not accept returns for any reason. In situations of defects or flaws will fix or replace the custom item. All incurred charges will be appropriated on a situational basis.

"Custom" constitutes orders made especially for you...size, color, decor, CRYSTALING etc. Crystallizing is done by hand and may vary from picture this is not an allowable claim for flaw or defect. Dresses are made based on the size specifications published by the appropriate manufacturer. Custom Dresses that do not fit is not an allowable claim for flaw or defect.

SkatersChoiceColorado.com will not be responsible for any shipping charges incurred by the purchaser when returning items for any reason. An item is NOT returned until it is signed in by a Staff member of SkaterChoiceColorado.com or scanned as “delivered” with address verification of delivery.

NOTE: Returns will be processed within 10 business days of their return receipt. Once a Credit card refund is issued, it takes 3-5 business days for the credit card companies to post the refund to your account.

Remove all makeup, hairspray, glitter, lipstick Do not stretch on any item that is to small Do not pull items on over your shoes or skates Wear undergarments.
